• Sharing your account credentials.

Immediate account termination without reimbursement may occur if this policy is broken.

9. Intellectual Property & Copyright

Epix IPTV provides access to pre-existing internet streams and does not host, store, or create content. It is the User's duty to avoid copyright infringement in their jurisdiction.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Without any warranties, the Service is provided "as is." There is no guarantee of 100% uptime or constant availability of all channels. Epix IPTV will not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, or consequential, arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

11. Termination

Your account may be terminated or suspended without notice whenever your conduct violates these Terms & Conditions or negatively impacts our Service or other users.

12. Governing Law
